- Founder of Exit 26 Consulting, independent Cultural Safety Consultant & Project Manager, contracted with provincial and national organizations across Canada since January 2021. Most clients are in the health profession regulation sector.
- 14 years experience in the BC public sector: 12 of those years in various roles in BC health profession regulation with a focus on registration management, quality assurance programs, and strategic planning and leadership. 4 years in a senior management role designing, managing, and implementing Indigenous Anti-Racism, and Gender Diversity initiatives in health profession regulation environments. Invited member of the BC Health Regulators Cultural Safety Task Force from 2019 to 2021.

Global Community Development Experiences
- Board member and volunteer for the Victoria Immigrant and Refugee Centre Society (2008-2012), and founder, director and producer of their annual gala fundraiser (2010-2012).
- Board member and volunteer for the African AIDS Angels Society (2010-2015) in Victoria, British Columbia. AAA raised funds for farms, hospitals, and schools supporting people affected by HIV/AIDS in Malawi and South Africa.
- Member of the Public Policy Committee of the British Columbia Schizophrenia Society (2012-2015) and founder and producer of their 2015 Anti-Stigma Campaign which reached over 100,000 people through radio, social and print medias.
- Invited guest speaker at annual multicultural community fundraising gala events alongside British Columbia municipal and provincial politicians and community leaders (2011-2013).
- Invited guest lecturer and workshop facilitator at the Camosun College School of Business in Victoria, British Columbia (2014-2019).
- Residencies of different durations as a volunteer care aide and teacher in orphanages, safe houses, and elementary schools throughout parts of Africa, Central America, Asia, Eastern Europe, and South America (2010-2021).

- Experienced public speaker, presenter, and facilitator.
- Intermediate level of Canadian French.
- Advanced fluency in South American Spanish.
- Experienced in Prezi software presentation development and delivery.
